We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Department and grow with us!

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
• Flexibility and travel readiness: Willingness to attend industry events, such as conferences and forums, to strengthen partnerships
  (In 2024, we attended around seven conferences, with more to come.)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven personality.

   

Your responsibilities:

• Manage qualified leads through outbound (supported by our pre-sales team) and inbound channels.
• Explore and develop new lead generation channels.
• Engage with potential clients through meetings, consultations, and customer support activities.
• Attend industry meetups and international conferences to expand the client base and drive business growth.
• Maintain and manage CRM systems to track sales interactions effectively.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and optimize results.

As a User Acquisition Manager, your mission will be to acquire and optimize traffic to meet profitability KPIs, scale advertising campaigns, and grow Promova’s app and platform user base—so more people worldwide can learn languages conveniently, affordably, and effectively.

About You

• 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Understanding of ad tracking systems (Pixel, CAPI) and how they work in campaigns.
• English level: Intermediate+ (minimum), with motivation to improve.
• Ability to generate creative hypotheses based on analytics.
• Marketing skills for analyzing and evaluating creatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large advertising budgets and meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Experience in market and competitor analysis for campaign strategy.

Join our dynamic team as a Support and Delivery Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in deploying, configuring, and supporting the Predict+ software solutions for our clients. Your expertise will ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and providing essential support during and after implementation. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Issue Management: Monitor and resolve customer support tickets within agreed service levels. Escalate critical issues to relevant teams when necessary. Provide proactive updates and resolutions to clients.
• Technical Support: Address and troubleshoot client issues, offering guidance and best practices.
