Client is developing a SaaS platform for the inspection and analysis of engineering structures based on large-scale 3D data.
We are looking for a Senior 3D Web Engineer to strengthen our team and take ownership of advanced 3D visualization challenges, including the integration of next-generation rendering technologies such as WebGPU.
You will work on a production system built on LuciadRIA, handling complex datasets with high demands on performance, scalability, and precision.

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our marketing function. • Business Analysis Skills: Strong ability to define and structure requirements, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, proactively clarify ambiguities, and translate business needs into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
• Technical & Tools: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, and experience applying them in practice. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar tools. Strong understanding of SDLC and general software development processes; familiarity with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Project Management: Lead, coordinate, and own all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Collaborate with and support multiple stakeholder groups; communicate proactively, address needs, and resolve issues across Sales, Account Management, Design, Engineering, and leadership.
• Product Ownership: Own and groom the backlog, prioritize tasks based on roadmap and strategy, and actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making. Take ownership of sprint backlog prioritization with clear upfront communication.
• Team Management: Lead and support the engineering team, ensure effective collaboration across teams, remove blockers, and onboard and guide new team members.
• Reporting: Provide regular and timely project updates tailored to different stakeholder groups.
• Project Documentation and Awareness: Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring knowledge is clearly communicated and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Business Analysis: Participate in feature discussions, prepare user stories and task descriptions, and ensure all requirements are clear before development starts.

• Commercial experience working as a Project Manager Team Leader with team ownership;
• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager (web and mobile apps);
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level;
• Product-based mindset;
• Initiative, ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude;
• Experience working with the worldwide markets (US, EU, CA, AU customers);
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Proven ability to take ownership of delivery outcomes;
• Experience with Time & Material project formats;

• Experience implementing or promoting AI tools in project management workflows;
• Knowledge of Lean Startup methodologies;
• Experience in Analytical tools (i.e. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc);
• Experience with ClickUp task tracker;

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and professional growth;
• Support PMs in complex delivery situations;
• Ensure predictability in timelines and scope;
• Manage escalations when needed;
• Improve PM standards and working approaches;
