About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our marketing function. You'll work directly with our Marketing & Growth Lead and COO and own the execution layer - turning ideas into shipped campaigns, building the systems that make them repeatable, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across content, design, influencer, and UGC. The Growth Lead owns direction; you own delivery.
 

What You'll Do

  • Control timelines and task assignment across publishing, content, design, and video
  • Coordinate handoffs between copy, design, and publishing so nothing stalls
  • Build and run the operating system for our influencer and UGC programs โ€” outreach, briefs, tracking, performance
  • Automate manual workflows and research new tools, platforms, and approaches
  • Hire and onboard marketing talent when we expand (video editors, creators, content people)
  • Own the outcomes: keep dashboards tight and the team accountable to timelines and quality
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing operations, marketing project management, or a similar coordination role
  • Track record of running multiple projects in parallel in fast-moving environments
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm when 5 things need to be done yesterday
  • AI-native working style - you build automations, not just prompts
  • English B2+ (written and spoken)
  • iPhone user
  • Available 13:00โ€“22:00 Kyiv time, responsive in chats during work hours
