We are looking for a Project Manager Team Lead who will be responsible for developing the PM team and ensuring high delivery quality across all projects.
This role focuses on mentorship, process standardization, and improving the overall efficiency of the PM function.
 Requirements:
- Commercial experience working as a Project Manager Team Leader with team ownership;
- 4+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager (web and mobile apps);
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level;
- Product-based mindset;
- Initiative, ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude;
- Experience working with the worldwide markets (US, EU, CA, AU customers);
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to take ownership of delivery outcomes;
- Experience with Time & Material project formats;
As a plus:
- Experience implementing or promoting AI tools in project management workflows;
- Knowledge of Lean Startup methodologies;
- Experience in Analytical tools (i.e. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc);
- Experience with ClickUp task tracker;
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and professional growth;
- Support PMs in complex delivery situations;
- Ensure predictability in timelines and scope;
- Manage escalations when needed;
- Improve PM standards and working approaches;
