Middle Front-End Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Middle Front-end Developer who loves bringing designs to life and takes pride in delivering polished, well-built products. You'll own the full development cycle – from the first line of code to final deployment – and work closely with designers and project managers to make great things happen.
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Build websites from design to finished product, covering everything from design implementation to final deployment
• Set up and manage shared technical processes across projects – repository structure, dev environments, deployment pipelines, and more
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of everything you ship
• Write and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Take part in project planning, requirements gathering, and task estimation
• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to get the best results
• Test and debug products before client handoff
• Contribute to the growth of the company: help evaluate technical candidates, suggest improvements to internal processes, share knowledge with the team, and join internal meetings and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and React-based frameworks
• Experience with Claude Code + Figma MCP – or a genuine eagerness to learn it
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in presenting and defending your technical decisions to clients

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow and/or Framer.

How We Work

• Fully remote, Monday to Friday – with an office in central Kyiv available whenever you need it
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri (with up to ±1 hour flexibility, agreed with your manager)
• Lunch break: 13:00–14:00, or whenever works best for you
• Employment via gig contract

Time Off

• Up to 17 paid working days of vacation per year
• Up to 10 working days can be taken in a single stretch
• Vacation days accrue monthly
