Middle QA Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Middle QA Engineer to help us ship websites and web applications that work the way they should. You'll be an integral part of the project team – working alongside developers and project managers to catch issues early, maintain quality standards, and make sure every product we deliver meets the bar we set for ourselves.

This is a part-time position with a path to full-time within a few months
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and execute manual testing across websites and web applications at various stages of development
• Write, maintain, and organise test cases, checklists, and bug reports
• Perform functional, regression, cross-browser, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
• Work closely with developers and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure issues are understood and fixed
• Participate in project planning and contribute QA input to timelines and scope discussions
• Help define and improve internal QA processes and standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of manual QA experience, ideally on web products
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, types, and best practices
• Experience writing clear, structured test documentation
• Good eye for detail – both functional and visual
• Ability to communicate findings clearly within a team
• Basic understanding of how web technologies work (HTML/CSS, HTTP, browser DevTools)
• Good written English for internal communication and documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a web development or digital agency environment
• Familiarity with agile workflows
• Experience in UI/UX/Web design and/or web development.

How We Work

• Fully remote, Monday to Friday – with an office in central Kyiv available whenever you need it
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri (with up to ±1 hour flexibility, agreed with your manager)
• Employment via gig contract
