Rock&Apps is looking for a Release Manager 🚀 who will be responsible for preparing and publishing mobile applications in App Store Connect, managing submission processes, and interacting with Apple reviewers to ensure successful releases. This role requires experience working with App Store publishing, metadata management, CI/CD pipelines, and the Apple review process 

Location: Warsaw, office / hybrid 

Format: Full-time 

Seniority: Middle (We will assess your seniority not by years of experience, but by reviewing the case statistics you have worked with)

What you’ll do

- Preparing and publishing mobile applications in App Store Connect 

- Filling in app metadata: titles, subtitles, keywords, descriptions, and localizations 

- Uploading and managing builds via CI/CD pipelines 

- Configuring App Store Connect settings (pricing, privacy, tracking permissions, etc.) 

- Preparing and uploading screenshots and release assets 

- Managing provisioning profiles, certificates, and keys (P8 / P12) 

- Submitting applications for App Store review 

- Communicating with Apple reviewers and resolving review issues 

- Investigating rejection reasons and coordinating fixes with developers 

- Managing the resubmission process until the app is successfully approved 

- Maintaining internal documentation and release checklists 

- Supporting and optimizing mobile release processes

What we’re looking for

- Experience working with App Store Connect 

- Experience publishing mobile apps to the Apple App Store 

- Understanding of the App Store review process and guidelines 

- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines 

- Experience managing certificates, provisioning profiles, and keys (P8 / P12) 

- Ability to communicate with developers and troubleshoot release issues 

- English level sufficient for communication with Apple review team
