    About the Role

     

    We are currently looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team to:

     

    • Take ownership of web and mobile user acquisition and get the opportunity to grow quickly into a Lead User Acquisition Manager or even a Head of Acquisition role!
    • Optimize media-buying processes across the main channels (primary: Meta & Google).
    • Supervise the web/social team.
    • Automate teamwork through in-house and third-party solutions
    • Manage marketing budgets of $1M+ to ensure cost-effective allocation and ROI.

       

    What We’re Looking for

    • 3+ years of UAM experience, preferably in subscriptional B2C products.
    • High Budget Management: Experience managing $1 million + in monthly ad spend.
    • Hands-on Channels: Direct, hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
    • Data Tools: Skilled in using Google Sheets, Tableau, and Amplitude for data analysis.
    • User Focus: Strong marketing mindset and deep knowledge of user psychology (what makes users click and convert)
    • English: English level Upper-Intermediate (B2)+.

    We're looking for a skilled Website Developer to build the new version of the Applica website. This is a project-based contractor role (~1 month) with potential for ongoing hourly-based support after the initial launch.

    You'll be working directly with a technical person from our team who will review your work, answer questions, and provide feedback throughout the project.


    Tech Stack:

    • KeyStatic CMS


    Key Tasks:

    • Develop the Applica website from scratch based on ready-to-implement Figma designs (~10-15 pages)
    • Deliver pixel-perfect implementation matching the designs exactly
    • Implement all transitions and animations as specified in the designs
    • Build fully responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens
    • Create templated pages as CMS entities so new pages can be added via CMS without development (KeyStatic CMS integration already exists as a reference)
    • Implement standard landing page elements: forms, pop-ups, newsletter subscription forms
    • Integrate analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog)
    • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with solid architecture
    • Collaborate with our technical person for code reviews and feedback


    Note: CMS content creation and Zapier integrations are not part of the scope (handled by our team), but collaborative input is welcome.


    Skills and Experience

    Must have:

    • 1+ year of commercial experience in website development
    • Astro (or React with willingness to learn Astro quickly)
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind CSS
    • KeyStatic CMS (or similar headless CMS experience)
    • Git (feature branches, pull requests, merging – we follow Git flow with CI/CD deploying to staging and production)
    • Familiarity with Figma for design-to-code workflows
    • Extensive experience with Claude Code and Figma MCP for AI-assisted development
    • Portfolio with examples of your work (GitHub repositories and/or live websites)


    Nice to have:

    • Vercel deployment experience
