We are looking for a Senior Process Manager to join our team!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in process management, operations, or project management in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record in process design, implementation, and optimization across cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of at least one process improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or Agile); familiarity with multiple approaches is a plus.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate the purpose and expected impact of process improvements, and to explain these to teams in a way that ensures understanding and adoption.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI definition and reporting.
- Experience in fintech, or the broader IT sector.
- Experience with QA methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISTQB, TMMi, or similar) and understanding of the software testing lifecycle will be considered an advantage.
- Strong appreciation for documentation, with a disciplined approach to creating, maintaining, and safeguarding it.
- Good English proficiency (written and spoken), sufficient for professional documentation.
- Understanding of SDLC and how QA integrates at each stage (requirements, development, testing, release).
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
- Experience working with QA/Testing teams and understanding of their operational challenges (test planning, environment management, release readiness).
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and optimize end-to-end QA-related processes, including test planning, defect management, regression testing, release readiness, and environment management workflows.
- Drive standardization and alignment of QA processes across Tech teams, ensuring consistency with SDLC and operational practices.
- Facilitate structured collaboration between QA, Engineering, Product, and Release Management teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Improve defect management workflows, including severity/priority classification, escalation models, triage processes, and root cause analysis practices.
- Support implementation and optimization of the test management lifecycle (test strategy, test case design, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement).
- Establish and track QA process KPIs (e.g., defect density, escape rate, test coverage, regression pass rate, release cycle time, environment availability).
- Ensure QA processes comply with internal quality policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps (BPMN), and operational documentation for QA workflows.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within QA processes (test reporting, defect routing, regression triggers, environment provisioning, etc.).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defect leakage, shorten release cycles, and enhance overall product quality.
