• Share status updates on planned and completed change activities.

• Follow change management processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.

What You need to know:

• English level: B1 or higher.

• Confidence in communication - you are comfortable asking direct questions, pushing back, and speaking up in discussions with technical and senior colleagues.
• Logical, analytical thinking - you can break a complex change into steps, spot dependencies and gaps, and reason about what could go wrong.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn technical and operational processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software delivery processes, and production releases is an advantage.
• Bonus points for knowledge of: Kubernetes, GitLab, Kibana, SQL/MySQL.

About the company
Our client is a US-based HR tech company building an all-in-one platform for global workforce management: HRIS, global payroll, Employer of Record and contractor payments. It helps companies hire, pay and manage people in other countries without opening local entities. The company is scaling and wants to turn that momentum into a predictable, measurable pipeline.

About the role
This is a hands-on role with full ownership of growth. You will run paid acquisition yourself, build demand generation for mid-market and enterprise buyers, and work directly with Sales and Leadership. Marketing budget grows with the pipeline it generates, so results matter more than spend.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize growth channels across paid and organic
• Plan, launch and manage paid search, paid social and retargeting campaigns end to end
• Build demand generation programs for mid-market and enterprise accounts with longer, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
• Drive lead flow and build a repeatable pipeline of qualified leads
• Set up tracking, attribution and reporting so every dollar of spend is accountable
• Run continuous experiments on creative, audiences, channels and landing pages
• Work with Sales on lead quality, handoff and conversion
• Manage budgets, forecast against pipeline targets and report on CAC, CPL and ROI

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience: you have personally run campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta, not only managed an agency or a team
• B2B demand generation for mid-market or enterprise clients (multi-stakeholder buying committees, long sales cycles)
• Strong analytics: attribution, dashboards, CAC, CPL, ROI
• Track record of efficient results, with numbers to show what you moved
• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast startup pace
• Ability to work US time zone hours
• Experience marketing global payroll, EOR, HR tech or workforce management products is a strong advantage

What we offer

• Stock options (level depends on seniority, discussed during interviews)
• Fully remote, full-time
• Full ownership of the growth function and direct impact on company growth
• Close work with Sales and Leadership, with a realistic path to building and leading a team
• Focus on mentorship, professional development and work-life balance

Hi there!

We’re KOFAX Agency, a full-service performance marketing agency helping businesses grow through data-driven advertising, SEO, and web development.

Over the past five years, we’ve delivered 200+ projects for clients across Ukraine, the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Our expertise includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and Webflow development. We’re a certified Google Partner and a growing team looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager to lead client advertising projects from kickoff to delivery, keep teams focused on business goals, and drive revenue growth through client retention and upselling.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a high-energy, action-oriented Project Manager who knows how to keep projects moving and people accountable.

You take ownership, maintain a strong execution pace, and make sure commitments turn into completed work. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines, and resolving blockers independently. You know how to build strong client relationships, retain clients, and identify upselling opportunities when you see real potential to deliver additional value.

You’re proactive, organized, and confident communicating with clients in both Ukrainian and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage advertising projects across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, from initial briefing through execution and ongoing delivery.
• Coordinate the team’s workflow in Worksection, assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep projects moving at a fast pace.
• Manage client communication in Ukrainian and English in collaboration with the Ads Team Lead, including preparing and sending reports.
• Monitor client payments and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Organize monthly review meetings and manage client feedback questionnaires.
• Prepare briefs and commercial proposals: specialists provide the descriptions and data tables, while you bring everything together, finalize the proposal, and present it to the client.
• Reconnect with one-time clients and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and further collaboration.
• Anticipate risks and potential delays, resolve blockers, redistribute workloads when necessary, and maintain deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain transparent project status updates, ensuring the team and management always have a clear picture of progress, priorities, and next steps.

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 2-4 years of Project Management experience. Agency experience is a plus, but not a must.
• Bring a high level of energy, initiative, and a strong drive to get things done.
• Have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of important details.
• Have English proficiency at B2 level or above and feel comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Stay calm under pressure, take ownership of problems, and proactively find solutions instead of waiting for instructions.
• Have experience retaining clients and driving upsells — or are ready to take an active role in growing existing accounts.
• Enjoy building structure through templates, processes, guidelines, and checklists.
• Are confident using task management tools. We use Worksection.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a performance marketing or digital agency.
• A general understanding of advertising metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to support effective project coordination.
• Experience working with international clients.

What We Offer

Remote work with a full-time commitment and flexibility across time zones. Availability during key business hours and peak project periods is important.

A performance-based compensation model:

• $500 base monthly fee.
• 7% of the revenue generated by the projects you manage.
• 15% of the first payment received for each upsell.

An international iGaming business operating across several business lines is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and drive financial transformation.

We are looking for a proactive finance leader who takes full ownership of the finance function, drives strategic initiatives, and turns business priorities into measurable financial results.

What Success Looks Like

• First 45 days: a proposed financial strategy and target operating model for each business line, proactively developed and presented to the CEO for alignment. A clear map of how money flows through each team's operational processes.
• First 90 days: a full budgeting and forecasting cycle delivered end-to-end and approved. Monthly close running on a fixed schedule. One consistent set of financial reports and models that reconcile with each other.
• First 6 months: core finance processes and reporting consolidated within the ERP, with reliable data, clear workflows and consistent adoption across teams.
• First 12 months: a stable, accountable and appropriately staffed finance team. Financial readiness for local licensing in new markets. Automated finance processes that support business growth without proportional increases in headcount.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the financial strategy for each business line and drive its implementation proactively. Bring proposals, scenarios and recommendations to leadership before you are asked.
• Own the full financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and P&L), from initiation to approval, ensuring clear deadlines and accountability across departments.
• Develop a deep understanding of how key business functions operate (Payments, CRM/Retention, VIP, Affiliates, Product and Operations) and translate their processes into unit economics, cost drivers and financial controls.
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for financial data, ensuring that financial models, reports and management documents are consistent, reconciled and explainable at any level of detail.
• Lead ERP implementation and optimization, ensuring reliable financial data, integrated processes and consistent adoption across teams.
• Establish and manage a reliable financial calendar covering monthly close, management reporting, budget reviews and investor/board reporting.
• Lead financial and regulatory readiness for expansion into locally licensed markets, working closely with Legal and Compliance.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional structures, intercompany flows, tax exposure and payment-related risks.
• Build, lead and retain a strong finance team: define roles, manage hiring, establish accountability and develop people. Build effective working relationships with other functions, including Legal.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years as CFO or Head of Finance specifically within the iGaming industry (operator, platform, B2B or white-label).
• Strong hands-on understanding of iGaming economics, including GGR/NGR, bonus costs, hold rate, player LTV, cohort revenue, affiliate CPA/RevShare, game provider fees, PSP fees, chargebacks, rolling reserves and gaming taxes across jurisdictions.
• Proven experience developing a financial strategy and successfully executing it with measurable business results.
• Strong hands-on financial modeling skills, including the ability to independently build, maintain and explain complex financial models.
• Proven experience leading an ERP implementation or migration through to completion, including data migration, process integration and team adoption within agreed timelines.
• Practical experience supporting financial operations in locally licensed iGaming markets, including local financial reporting, regulatory capital requirements, compliance and audits.
• A proven track record of building, leading and retaining finance teams, with clear examples of successful hiring, team development and accountability.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional structures and working closely with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience across several iGaming business models (B2C, B2B and white-label).
• Experience building a finance function from scratch or leading a large-scale financial transformation.
• Experience with international payment systems and PSP negotiations.
• Experience raising investment or working with investors and shareholders.

If you're ready to own the finance function end-to-end, from strategy to execution, we'd love to hear from you.
