Account Manager (with Romanian proficiency)

Currently we are looking for a new team member to support our clients from Romania and Moldova.

You will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, from the initial contact to ongoing support.

• Communicating with clients via chat and phone.
• Assisting clients with website setup and answering their questions.
• Creating tasks for the team, coordinating their execution, and monitoring progress.

Requirements:

• Romanian language proficiency – Excellent written and spoken Romanian, with the ability to express thoughts clearly and communicate effectively.
• Website administration experience will be a plus – Any hands-on experience working with website admin panels or content management systems (CMS).
• Basic web technology knowledge – Understanding of how websites work and familiarity with the fundamentals of web technologies.
