We are seeking an AI Leader with a holistic understanding of modern AI technologies - including classical machine learning, deep learning, and especially the latest advancements in generative AI. This role requires not only deep technical literacy but also the ability to guide teams, mentor talent, and foster a high-performing, collaborative AI organization. As a people-first leader, this individual will inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals. The role may involve spending up to 70% of the time on non-technical activities such as stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and supporting business development or sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, mentor, and empower multidisciplinary AI teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers—by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Drive talent strategy for the AI organization, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and building a diverse and inclusive team with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Design and oversee end-to-end AI system architectures, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models, data pipelines, and infrastructure while guiding teams toward scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Champion innovation by staying current with cutting-edge AI research, emerging technologies, and experimental techniques, and by encouraging continuous learning across the organization.
• Represent the AI function in customer-facing and executive-level engagements, delivering technical presentations, leading discussions, addressing complex inquiries, and clearly articulating AI value propositions and solution feasibility.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience delivering customer-facing AI solutions, including 5+ years in a leadership or equivalent strategic role guiding teams and driving end-to-end AI initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise across AI models, algorithms, and tooling, with strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider’s AI/ML ecosystem (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders to translate complex, cloud-based AI capabilities into clear, high-impact business outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging cloud AI services, machine learning infrastructure advancements, and evolving industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and people-management skills, with a track record of hiring, developing, and enabling high-performing AI teams.
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Tax residence in Ukraine and fluency in Ukrainian is required

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Compliance & Partnership Operations Specialist to own and coordinate critical workflows across security/compliance operations and partnership submission processes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving documentation-heavy, process-driven work with multiple parallel stakeholders. You will work directly with the Head of Operations, external partners, auditors, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to keep important business and compliance initiatives moving.

Your core focus will include:

- security and compliance operations,

- partnership and marketplace application processes,

- sourcing support across LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other platforms as an additional responsibility.

You will report directly and work day-to-day with the Head of Operations, owning execution across these workflows with a strong focus on follow-through, written communication, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Security and compliance responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day coordination of security and compliance operations, including Drata maintenance, evidence follow-up, policy updates, and readiness tracking.
• Review auditor comments, findings, and requests, and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Support ongoing work related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and similar frameworks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
• Maintain documentation hygiene across policies, controls, supporting evidence, and related compliance materials.
• Communicate clearly with auditors and internal team members on open items, status changes, and required actions.
• Help drive internal accountability on security and compliance follow-through, especially where multiple teams are involved.

Partnership operations responsibilities:

• Own partnership onboarding and submission workflows from start to finish: questionnaires, applications, forms, supporting materials, follow-ups, and status tracking.
• Coordinate partnership-related processes with external platforms, ecosystems, and marketplaces, for example Salesforce AppExchange, SAP, and similar partner programs.
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation and keep internal stakeholders aligned on deadlines, requirements, and next steps.
• Track multiple partnership processes in parallel and maintain clear written updates on progress, blockers, and follow-ups.
• Help structure repeatable internal workflows for partnership submissions and external ecosystem applications.

Talent sourcing support responsibilities:

• Support hiring workflows by sourcing relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other platforms.
• Build targeted candidate lists based on role requirements, screening logic, geography, seniority, and relevant domain background.
• Conduct structured profile screening and shortlisting, highlighting why a candidate may or may not fit the role.
• Maintain organized sourcing pipelines, notes, and outreach support materials when needed.
• Work closely with leadership on research-heavy hiring tasks for priority roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in compliance coordination, security/compliance operations, partnership operations, audit support, business support, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong ability to manage structured processes with many moving parts: deadlines, forms, documents, owners, follow-ups, and external dependencies.
• Experience working with documentation-heavy workflows, including questionnaires, applications, internal records, audit materials, policies, or supporting evidence.
• Comfort working with security/compliance topics at an operational level, for example Drata, audit preparation, policy maintenance, evidence collection, and auditor communication.
• Experience coordinating partnership submissions, marketplace applications, vendor onboarding workflows, or similar external process-driven initiatives is a strong plus.
• Strong written English, with the ability to produce clear, precise, professional communication in a remote-first environment.
• Evidence of being proactive and self-directed: you move work forward without needing constant instruction.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through: you notice gaps, track loose ends, and close loops reliably.
• Comfort switching between external-facing work, internal coordination, documentation tasks, and occasional sourcing support workflows.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or similar compliance and audit processes.
• Experience with partnership ecosystems, marketplace submissions, vendor onboarding workflows, or external application-based partner programs.
• Experience using Drata or similar compliance tooling.
• Background in B2B SaaS, workflow software, enterprise software, or fast-moving startup environments.
