Amazon Connect Engineer

Job Description

• Strong hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Amazon Connect environments
• Experience migrating legacy telephony workflows (specifically ServiceNow) to AWS/Amazon Connect
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Java development teams on backend integrations

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Amazon Connect workflows, specifically including call routing and roll-over capabilities
• Replicate the clinical escalation routing where an in-home provider calls a Service Coordinator (SC), with the option to roll the call over to the Nurse command center.
• Collaborate closely with the existing team handling the Java-based backend development to integrate the telephony configuration.
