UI/UX Designer
Radiant Studio is a boutique design studio focused on product UI/UX for FinTech, EdTech, Web3, E-commerce and No-Code platforms.
We work with international clients and products, including Wix, Bolt, MoneyLion, DeviantArt and Playsport.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of commercial experience who wants to grow, take ownership and work on real digital products rather than just create visual concepts.
What you’ll do
- Design digital products and features from idea to final UI and prototype
- Create user flows, wireframes and UI scenarios
- Work with Figma, components, Variables and design systems
- Keep Figma files structured and developer-friendly
- Create interactive prototypes and motion
- Work with Figma, Jitter, After Effects and Lottie
- Identify and solve UX problems
- Create cases and shots for Radiant’s Dribbble
- Collaborate with the team and international clients
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of commercial UI/UX or Product Design experience
- Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping and user flows
- Understanding of Atomic Design and common UI/UX patterns
- Familiarity with iOS and Android guidelines
- Good visual taste and attention to detail
- Ability to explain and defend your design decisions
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Interest in AI tools and modern design workflows
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
Nice to have:
- FinTech, e-commerce, Web3, SaaS or mobile product experience
- Motion design experience
- Experience with Jitter, After Effects or Lottie
- Design / IT / Marketing education

Hiring process
