About the role:

Unite Cloud is a cloud-native platform, fully built, deployed, and operated in Microsoft Azure.
Cloud is not an extension of the system - it is the core and only runtime environment for all services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage operational onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, exhibits, letters, and client-requested documentation
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks
• Support benefits enrollment and communication processes
• Maintain related documentation
• Insurance administration
• Provide day-to-day support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in resolving employee-related inquiries and operational requests
• Generate and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics
• Coordinate welfare and engagement activities, programs for Ukraine
• Providing administrative support for the Organizational Development Manager (OD) 
• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and changes

• Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools

   

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role from a tech company (international experience is a must)
• Experience with HRIS systems (such as BambooHR) and Google Workspace
• Understanding of general HR processes and benefits administration
• Familiar with Ukrainian labor laws and regulations
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian

Reporting

• Collect and share product feedback with product teams
• Collaborate with the Support Team Lead to analyze results and propose improvements

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) in both writing and speaking
• Strong expertise in Zendesk, including triggers, tags, macros, and SLA settings
• Experience with payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
• Proven track record of managing teams of 5+ support agents, including mentoring, shift and capacity planning, and feedback delivery
• Experience with Google Sheets: building formulas, graphs, and structured data sets
• Strong analytical skills using Zendesk Explore, with occasional use of Amplitude and Tableau

Would be a plus: 

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Asana
• Understanding of mobile app functionality, including versions, updates, and device compatibility

Key Responsibilities

• Launching and scaling in-app advertising campaigns
• Working with in-app traffic sources and DSPs
• Optimizing campaigns based on CPI, CPA, ROI, and LTV

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Pre-Sales Support

• Support Senior BA in requirements elicitation and analysis during the Discovery phase
• Assist in preparing key project artifacts (SRS, WBS, Feature List, user stories, flow diagrams, mind maps)
• Participate in client meetings as an active contributor: take structured notes and prepare clarifying questions
• Contribute to RFX analysis by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and assisting in WBS preparation
• Support internal estimation and pre-sales discussions
• Conduct competitor research and assist with scope analysis under supervision
   

Requirements Management & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain structured requirements documentation (SRS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, WBS)
• Keep requirements and project documentation up to date in line with versioning standards
• Support backlog management in Jira (create and update tasks based on approved changes)
• Track scope changes and escalate discrepancies when identified
   

Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Participate in grooming, sprint planning, and estimation meetings

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
