Senior AI Product Engineer (networking)

Hi, 

Tallium is building small AI-native delivery teams around one key person, the AI Product Engineer. You'll own a product from the first client call to a working solution. You'll run discovery, define the scope and write the specs, then build MVPs, internal tools, integrations and AI agents yourself with Claude Code and N8N. Senior engineers, designers and QA will support you where their expertise is needed.

We're looking for a builder who would rather show a working prototype than write 20 pages of specs, and who checks AI-generated code instead of trusting it blindly.
 

What you'll do

• Run discovery and workshops with clients, then turn their business needs into requirements, an MVP scope and a delivery plan
• Write structured specs (PRDs, architecture, stories) that guide both the team and AI agents
• Build prototypes, MVPs, integrations, AI agents and N8N workflows end to end
• Involve Senior Devs, Designers and QA when needed, and own the quality of the final result
• Demo to clients, iterate on their feedback, and support pre-sale with estimates and proofs of concept
   

Must have

• 4+ years as a BA, System Analyst, Product Owner or Solutions Engineer, or as a developer who moved into a product role
• Hands-on experience shipping software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor or similar), including reading, debugging and iterating on the code
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, BMAD or a similar structured approach
• Strong N8N skills (or advanced Make/Zapier), including webhooks and error handling
• Experience building LLM-powered agents and workflows: prompting, tool calling, RAG basics
• Solid grasp of REST APIs, auth, databases and SQL, and integrations
• Working knowledge of JS/TS or Python, plus basic Git and deployment (Vercel, Supabase, Docker)
• BA toolkit: user stories, process modelling (BPMN/UML/ERD), Jira/Confluence
• Upper-Intermediate+ English and confidence leading client meetings independently
