We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our technical department. The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of the information infrastructure, resolving technical issues for users, and maintaining uninterrupted system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Granting employees access to corporate tools
- Maintain corporate equipment records in CRM system
- Supporting employees with work tools (1Password, Slack, ClickUp, Multilogin)
- Assisting with devices: laptops, desktops, monitors, and scheduling maintenance
- Selecting work equipment and accessories (laptops, adapters, headsets, mice, keyboards)
- Creating text and video instructions for employees
- Managing corporate access in 1Password and regularly updating shared account passwords
Requirements:
Required:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and MacOS
- Google Workspace administration
- Experience with Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Trello
- Experience writing text and recording video instructions
