    We are looking for a Graphic /Presentation Designer to join our Solution enablement team in Global Solution organization.

    Responsibilities:
    Presentation & Visual Design
    1. Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, executive decks, sales pitches, and value propositions for client opportunities.
    2. Transform complex technical content into clear, engaging, visually structured slides.
    3. Develop visual storytelling flows to support RFI/RFP responses, solution narratives, and client workshops.
    4. Ensure brand alignment with the Company's visual identity and maintain consistency across all materials.
    5. Prepare design templates, icons, diagrams, and infographics to support presales and solutioning teams.
    6. Create or refine visual mockups, process charts, roadmaps, and capability overviews.
    7. Support preparation of client presentation materials during bid submissions and renewal cycles.
    8. Adapt complex information into high-impact, clean visual structures for executive audiences.
    Mandatory Skills Description:
    β€’ Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling skills
    - Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or other design tools
    - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency
    β€’ Strong communication and collaboration with teams
    β€’ Flexibility with revisions and ability to handle urgent tasks with less than 24-hour deadlines.

    NOC Engineer role responsibility is to serve as Atlas’ front line for alerts & requests. Our multinational team of Network Operation Center engineers addresses issues with end-user devices, cloud technologies, and basic network troubleshooting. The NOC offers both leadership and technical career progression opportunities. This role is a full-time (40 hours/week) contract.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Resolve alerts, primarily consisting of user devices, circuit downs, temperature/water alerts, Cloud alerts, SOC alerts.
    • Resolve requests, primarily consisting of scheduling after-hours maintenance and device/new customer onboarding.
    • Communicate with vendors and customers as a point of contact; Coordinate maintenance, after-hours repair, and patch remediation.
    • Projects, as assigned by managers, for the NOC and Support teams.
    • Documentation, maintaining knowledge base, new articles, and content improvements.
    • Recommend and improve processes to drive better outcomes.

    • Strong knowledge of RMM tools such as ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds, Nagios, CloudWatch, or Zabbix.
    • Able to design monitors to look for problem conditions in customer environments.
    • Able to design scripts to address faults automatically.
    • A degree in a relevant field (Computer Science/Computer Engineering).
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ or similar.

    We are seeking Service Operations Administrators to join our growing Service Operations team within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role is critical to the stability, accuracy, and consistency of our service delivery operations.

    Service Operations Administrators are responsible for high-volume, time-sensitive operational workflows that support Service Delivery and Client Success teams. This role focuses on execution excellence, process adherence, and proactive follow-ups to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
