Job Summary
As a Python Developer, you’ll take ownership of backend solutions, contribute to product decisions, and use AI tools to improve development efficiency. You’ll work closely with a technically strong CTO and our team to build and scale a SaaS CRM platform. 

What you have
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django 3-4 years.
- Experience using AI tools in daily development to write, review, and improve code.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, manage the backlog, and drive work forward with minimal guidance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Upper-Intermediate English level. Be ready to communicate with the client directly, without a Project Manager. The CTO of the project is an experienced person with a technical background, maximally involved in the product, ready to share his experience.
- Ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
- A lot of focus for us on the backend is around “Product Thinking”.

Nice to have
- Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs (REST API, or webhooks etc).
- Experience with Pydantic model, Postgres SQL DB, AWS, Any data processing skills.

About the project
Develop a CRM system for jewelry stores to manage customer relationships and streamline business processes. We have an established team on our side: Team Lead, Full-Stack Developer, React Developer, React Native Developer, and Product Designer.
