We are hiring an CRM & Lifecycle Automation Specialist to building and continuously optimizing full-cycle automated communication funnels (Email, App/Web Push, In-App) to drive LTV growth and reduce churn rate.

You will have direct ownership of the automation and communications architecture and an opportunity to drive Retention & LTV, test hypotheses with full autonomy and zero micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Map and refine the end-to-end client lifecycle journey based on trading behavior, deposit history, risk tolerance, and platform engagement; create dynamic user segmentations based on real-time event tracking
• Design, build, and deploy automated trigger workflows and drip campaigns using modern CRM/Lifecycle tools; Reviewing and evaluating content from a Retention Marketing perspective within the scope of assigned campaigns
• Cross-functional collaboration with Data/BI/Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to design compelling promotional offers, ensure accurate behavioral event tracking in the CRM, and implement advanced personalization logic using dynamic tags
• Set up structured A/B and multivariate tests for copy, send times, channel preferences, and incentives; track and report on lifecycle KPIs
• Ensure deliverability hygiene (IP warming, domain health, unsubscribe management) and partner with Legal and Compliance to align communications with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, local frameworks)
• Hands-on work with HTML/CSS templates, adapting responsive designs across diverse devices, and setting up dynamic content for specific audience segments.
• Regular monitoring of retention metrics, analyzing retention trends, and researching bottlenecks in user burnout and fatigue.
• Competitive analysis to track competitor messaging strategies and identify best practices within our niche.
• Preparing and launching regular and special promotional campaigns in compliance with brand guidelines, layout standards, and legal compliance - acting as a backup specialist

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with B2C focus in designing and building event-driven automated workflows using modern CRM/ESP tools
• Proven experience executing multi-channel messaging strategies across Email, mobile/web Push, In-App messaging
• Deep understanding of how behavioral event data moves (JSON payloads, Webhooks, REST APIs, custom user attributes)
• Solid grasp of domain authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming strategies, spam filter mechanics, and inbox placement monitoring tools
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for responsive email layout debugging and experience using dynamic scripting languages to personalize content based on user data
• Strong build retention cohorts, and analyze funnel performance using analytics platforms
• Proven experience in conceptualizing funnel logic and executing lifecycle campaigns across multiple stages (e.g. Onboarding, Retention, Churn Prevention, Reactivation); conceptualize funnel logic; event mapping experience
• Ability to formulate structured hypotheses and conduct rigorous A/B tests
• Advanced segmentation expertise
• Meticulous attention to detail, empathy for the trader journey, data curiosity and experimentation mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills, proactive troubleshooting, and a balance of speed and systemic quality
• Upper Intermediate English level

About the Job

At ARX Robotics, hardware is not a support function — it is the foundation of everything we field. As a Mechanical Design Engineer in our R&D team, you will own the full mechanical design lifecycle: from early concept and 3D modeling through prototyping, testing, and handover to production.
