Growth Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to validate demand, drive customer acquisition, and scale digital products across emerging technology and consumer-focused markets.

You will work across growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, and monetization, turning hypotheses into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate growth and market hypotheses.
• Identify target audiences, value propositions, pricing, and acquisition channels.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns, landing pages, and growth experiments.
• Improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
• Conduct customer research, market validation, and B2B outreach.
• Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and channel profitability.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve growth operations.
• Make data-driven decisions on which channels and initiatives to scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Growth, or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience scaling digital products from 0 to 1.
• Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Experience with paid acquisition, experimentation, and growth analytics.
• Ability to independently execute tests and analyze results.
• Strong analytical skills, ownership, and an execution-oriented mindset.
• Confident English communication skills.

Experience in AI products, digital health, wellness, subscription models, or international growth is a plus.
