Financial Director

We are looking for a CFO to build and lead the finance function of a Web3 fintech product in an international market.

What you'll do

• Own finance end to end: accounting, reporting, budgeting and FP&A.
• Manage the crypto/fiat treasury: liquidity, risk, custody and multisig operations.
• Shape and support tokenomics, vesting and token-related financial modeling.
• Lead fundraising (equity and token rounds) and work with VCs, exchanges and market makers.
• Build and lead the finance team.
• Build the financial model, annual budget and rolling forecasts; track unit economics and key KPIs.
• Manage cash flow, runway and burn; set spending policies and approval flows.

• Prepare reporting and analysis for the CEO, board and investors.

   

Must-haves

• 1.5+ years in a senior finance role at a web3/crypto company - required.
• 5+ years of overall finance experience.
• Hands-on crypto treasury experience (custodians, Safe multisig, DeFi counterparty risk).
• Solid knowledge of crypto and fintech regulation and digital-asset accounting.
• Strong FP&A skills: budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and runway planning in volatile markets.

• Experience building financial models and investor/board reporting
