The Role

We need a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take full ownership of product areas — from architecture to production — and use AI tooling daily to move faster than a traditional engineering team.

This is not a ticket-execution role. You'll work directly with founders and product leadership, influence technical decisions, and see your work running in production within weeks of joining.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI-powered full-stack products from architecture to production — owning features end-to-end
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, and automation systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, and custom prompt workflows
• Develop modern frontend interfaces in React and/or Angular, backed by scalable Python and Node.js services
• Design and maintain APIs, internal tooling, and data pipelines supporting real operational workflows

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience — shipped real products, not just contributed to them

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Traffic Arbitrage Specialist to manage and scale paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on acquiring traffic at a lower cost and monetizing it through advertising, affiliate offers, or owned digital assets to generate profit.

You will play a key role in optimizing campaigns, identifying new arbitrage opportunities, and maximizing ROI across platforms.

1. Забезпечення поставки проєктів у строк та з належною якістю.
2. Забезпечення позитивного досвіду клієнта через якісну комунікацію та правильне управління очікуваннями.

• Проведення синхронізацій та зустрічей
• Планування та контроль виконання задач
• Координація роботи команди
• Впровадження покращень у процесах
• Робота з дедлайнами та ризиками

• Англійська мова - рівень B2 (обов’язково)
• Досвід роботи з Google Sheets

Умови роботи:

Заробітна плата:

Стажування: 200 євро за 2 тижні
Після стажування: 500 євро ставка
Перегляд: підвищення приблизно на 300 євро після досягнення цілі - підключення до клієнтського проєкту на оплачуваній основі (очікувано протягом 2–4 місяців)

Коли, яким чином і в якій валюті платиться/нараховується зарплата?

Винагорода нараховується у гривні щодо актуального курсу Євро на день конвертації. Українські податки сплачує сама людина. Обслуговування рахунків ведеться бухгалтерською компанією та повністю компенсується компанією.
