Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency across the full spectrum of drop strategies: ability not only to execute but also to design hybrid schemes tailored to specific goals and markets.
• Proven experience in building and scaling drop operations from scratch: process formalization, hiring and onboarding teams, developing internal standards (SOPs, checklists, scoring models), and maintaining quality control across all levels.
• Deep understanding of the economics behind the drop direction: P&L management for domain pools, ROI modeling by schemes and clusters, quarterly/yearly budgeting, and investment justification to the business.
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people: setting individual KPIs, conducting regular 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, specialist development, training, conflict resolution, and motivational meetings.
• Strategic market-level vision with the ability to adapt strategy in real time.
• Strong expertise in drop network infrastructure: designing architecture at a scale of 50+ domains, managing hosting and registrar networks, minimizing footprint, and protecting the network from cascading deindexation.

Key Responsibilities

We are actively seeking a talented Palantir Data Platform Engineer with strong proficiency in Python programming, modern data engineering practices, and cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data pipelines, working with distributed data systems, and developing solutions using Palantir Foundry and Databricks. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, CI/CD processes, APIs, and data integration frameworks will be highly valued.

• Responsibilities:

  Participate in requirements clarification and sprint planning sessions.
  Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and solutions within Palantir Foundry aligned with business and project goals.
