We are now looking for a Head of Partnerships (Global) β€” a strategic, hands-on leader who will drive the growth of our IB & Affiliate ecosystem across LATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and executing NOMO’s global IB & Affiliate strategy;
  • Building strong, long-term partnerships with IBs, affiliates, and key influencers;
  • Designing transparent, data-driven reward models (CPA, CPL, RevShare);
  • Managing large budgets ($1M+) and optimizing CAC vs LTV performance;
  • Leading and mentoring a distributed international team of affiliate managers;
  • Ensuring compliance, risk management, and fraud-prevention systems are in place;
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align growth strategies;
  • Representing NOMO at key industry events such as iFX Expo, SiGMA, and Affiliate World.

     

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, or related industries;
  • Proven success in scaling affiliate or IB programs on a global level;
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models, as well as analytics tools;
  • Experience managing multi-market teams and large operational budgets;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • English proficiency at B2+ level; Spanish is a strong plus;
  • A results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.
