This role sits at the intersection of product design, design systems, and AI-assisted prototyping. You will help create reusable UX patterns, scalable components, and structured documentation that improve collaboration between designers, engineers, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain the core Apollo multiplatform document system. You’ll own features end-to-end, from idea to production, React frontends, Node.js/Express backends, and PostgreSQL, Databricks integration & data layers.

What You Will Bring

• Python fluency, you can quickly build and utilise a wide range of libraries when the task calls for it.
• 2-5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team. You know how to balance speed with quality and when to choose one over the other.

Project Description

Development of a portable, high-fidelity audio device integrated with AI assistant capabilities. The project focuses on creating a high-performance consumer electronics product with a focus on quality sound and battery efficiency.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for the “brain” of the device, from low-level drivers to high-level application logic.

• Firmware Development: Design and build applications, system features, and peripheral drivers from scratch.
• Full-Cycle Engineering: Handle coding, debugging, and systematic troubleshooting throughout the entire development process.
• System Validation: Perform rigorous testing to ensure hardware-software stability and feature performance.

What You Need For This Position

• 5+ years in embedded software development with broad system-level thinking and a focus on product architecture.
• Deep proficiency in C/C++, including memory management, interrupts, and real-time constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux (Yocto/Buildroot, kernel-level debugging, device trees) and RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar) internals.
• Previous experience with audio processing (either on DSP or ARM Helium MVE).
• Experience with embedded ML or Edge Computing.
• Proven track record in debugging, bug fixing, and system performance optimizations.
• Strong experience with peripheral (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Proficiency in CMake, Bash, and Python scripting for automation and build systems.

About the Role

JetMonsters IT Holding is looking for an Product Manager / Apps Product Lead with experience in iOS & mobile apps to build and lead the full cycle of testing and launching mobile applications for the US market at the JetApps studio.

This role focuses primarily on iOS subscription-based apps across categories such as tools, utilities, content, and health & fitness.

You will own the entire product lifecycle — from identifying promising app niches and defining MVP strategy to launching, testing, and scaling successful products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and niche selection for new mobile apps to test.
• Identify core value propositions and define the MVP scope, product requirements and approve the UX logic.
• Define the required monetization model and unit economics.
• Define and manage key product metrics, build financial models for MVP, and ensure product profitability.
• Set up product analytics, manage events and funnel tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, and finance teams.
• Manage the full cycle of MVP development, testing, and iteration, making decisions: kill / iterate / scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Product Management (preferably iOS apps).
• Experience working with subscription monetization models.
• Proven experience launching subscription-based products from scratch in Tier-1 markets (US preferred), with a track record of scaling revenue and generating sustainable margins.
• Strong understanding of mobile app unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or similar).
