Product Owner / Business Analyst (Hybrid Role)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to strengthen requirement clarity, improve delivery predictability, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
This role reflects an evolution from traditional Business Analysis toward a more product-oriented, delivery-focused function, where one person owns both requirement definition and backlog readiness.

Project Description:
An American healthcare-fintech client focused on dental benefits and payment solutions. The platform acts as a payment facilitator for member portals related to dental benefit plans, helping users manage payments, coverage information, and member-related financial operations in a secure and user-friendly environment.
 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid role
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience working in a technical/product-driven environment
• Proven ability to translate complex business logic into clear, structured requirements
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, business)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Upper-Intermediate + level of English

Technical & Domain Experience (Preferred)

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools in product or analysis work
• Experience working with complex systems, integrations, or data-driven platforms
• Understanding of APIs, system interactions, and data flows
• Technical background or previous development experience
• Experience in fintech, healthcare, or other regulated/complex domains is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Own backlog quality, prioritization, and readiness
• Support sprint planning, grooming, and delivery execution
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to ensure feasible solutions
• Decomposition of features and support team during delivery
• Reduce ambiguity and unblock teams during development
• Identification of gaps in requirements and proactive clarification
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows (e.g., BMAD AI approach or similar) to enhance requirement definition, documentation, and delivery efficiency
