Creatio (.NET) Lead Developer

We’re building a next‑generation financial leasing ecosystem on Creatio — not just a CRM, but a unified platform that connects business processes, customer experience, and modern digital channels. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Creatio Team Lead who will drive technical excellence and help scale the product.

Our core solution is a Creatio‑based platform that automates the full financial leasing lifecycle — from application to contract servicing. And we’re expanding fast:

📱 Mobile app (Flutter) 🌐 Web portal (Angular) 🔗 Integrations with external services via API

👥 The Team

You’ll join a strong cross‑functional team of 14 specialists:

• Backend & frontend developers
• Business analysts
• QA engineers
• DevOps

The team is established and motivated — now it needs a strong technical leader.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead development on Creatio
• Design and evolve the system architecture
• Mentor and grow the engineering team
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and analysts

• Build the foundation for future mobile and web solutions

   

🛠️ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Creatio
• Strong knowledge of:
  • C#, .NET
  • JavaScript, ExtJS
  • REST API
  • SQL (MS SQL Server)
• Understanding of:
  • HTTP, XML/JSON
  • SDLC (Agile / Scrum)

• Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins) and Git
