What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and evolve our customer support strategy, systems, and team as we scale across markets
• Own and optimize support operations, including SLAs, workflows, ticket routing, and knowledge management
• Design and implement feedback loops that turn customer insight into product, policy, and experience improvements
• Track and report on core CX metrics (CSAT, response time, resolution rate, etc.) to inform team performance and company decisions
• Oversee our support platforms and ensure tool usage is efficient, integrated, and evolving
• Build and nurture a high-performing team — from hiring to training to coaching
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure seamless communication and aligned customer touchpoints
• Lead crisis response, escalations, and sensitive communications with clarity and care

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading customer support or CX teams in a high-growth DTC or e-commerce environment
• Strong command of support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Shopify, Klaviyo) and automation tools
• Operational mindset: you love process design, SOPs, and scalable systems
• Deep understanding of CX metrics and the ability to use data to drive continuous improvement
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
• A calm, proactive, solutions-first approach to customer challenges

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with U.S. consumer expectations and CX best practices

We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. 

In this role, you’ll join a team of engineers ranging from junior to senior, a group of experienced hands-on engineering managers, and a range of other team members all focused on one thing - providing a world-class educational experience to students from all walks of life.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications using C# and Vue.js

Your product: implementation and support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM ERP solutions – products that help companies increase their efficiency and protect their data.

Your key tasks:

• Communicating with leads: identifying customer needs and expectations, qualifying them according to BANT, recording all interactions in CRM.
• Managing deals from initial contact to signing: negotiations, organizing and conducting meetings, company presentations, demonstrations of ERP solutions.
• Preparing documents: commercial proposals, tender documentation, contracts (with lawyers), and other materials.
• Building long-term relationships: regular communication, providing up-to-date information, follow-up letters.

Experience and knowledge:

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Motion Designer who is obsessed with the new wave of AI video tools and how they can be make beautifully engaging, social-first ad content.

Key Tasks:

• Creating motion ads for Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms
• Producing short animated motion videos, searching for video footages on stock platforms, selecting music and sound effects, generating AI videos/graphics/voiceovers, and localizing finished videos.
• Conduct competitor research, track emerging media trends and how they might apply to the app
• Generating ideas alongside the marketing team to improve the visual communication of messages in ads
• Searching and testing new AI tools and plugins to optimize and speed up the workflow for creating advertising assets.

Skills and experience?

Must have:
