About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to drive and scale our affiliate program across African markets. You will own the regional strategy, lead a team of affiliate managers, and ensure sustainable growth through high-quality partnerships.
 

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the affiliate strategy across African markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers (hiring, onboarding, performance management).
• Scale partner acquisition: source, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
• Oversee key accounts and support the team in managing top-tier partners.
• Analyze partner performance (Power BI or аналогичные инструменты), identify growth opportunities, and optimize results.
• Define and improve commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed).
• Ensure traffic quality and compliance with agreements.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and design teams.
• Build and expand a strong affiliate network in the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Africa.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, including at least 1 year in a Lead / Senior role.
• Proven hands-on experience in African markets (mandatory).
• Strong existing network of affiliate partners in the region.
• Experience with platforms/tools: BetB2B, Slack, Jira, Power BI (or similar).
• Deep understanding of key metrics: CR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, FTD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience structuring and negotiating high-value deals.
