Зараз ми в пошуку IT Lead для бізнес-напряму E-Zoo у складі холдингу Fozzy Group - сервісу про товари для домашніх улюбленців з бізнес-процесами ритейлу та e-commerce, який активно масштабується та трансформується.
 

Основні зони відповідальності:

1. IT-стратегія та архітектура

• Розробка та реалізація довгострокової IT-стратегії відповідно до бізнес-цілей та цифрової трансформації.
• Формування цілісної IT-архітектури: систем, сервісів, інфраструктури та інтеграцій.
• Визначення напрямів розвитку технологій, інновацій та автоматизації бізнес-процесів.

2. Управління ключовими проєктами

• Керування проєктами цифрової трансформації: Power BI, BAS ERP, CRM та створення безшовного Customer Journey між онлайн- і офлайн-каналами.
• Робота з бізнес-замовниками на всіх етапах IT-проєктів.
• Координація підрядників, інтеграторів і внутрішніх команд.

3. Стійкість і безпека IT-інфраструктури

• Побудова надійної, масштабованої та захищеної інфраструктури.
• Впровадження політик інформаційної безпеки, резервного копіювання та відновлення даних.
• Контроль кіберзахисту та відповідності стандартам.
• Розробка та тестування BCP/DRP з фокусом на критичні логістичні та торгові процеси.

4. Бюджет і ресурси

• Планування та контроль IT-бюджету.
• Оптимізація витрат шляхом автоматизації, централізації та використання хмарних рішень.
• Впровадження KPI для оцінки ефективності IT-функції.

5. Розвиток IT-сервісів і партнерств

• Забезпечення високого рівня IT-сервісу для внутрішніх користувачів.
• Робота з бізнес-керівниками щодо потреб, пріоритетів та покращень.
• Управління постачальниками та контроль SLA.
• Впровадження підходів ITSM, орієнтованих на швидке вирішення запитів у магазинах та офісі.

6. Дані та аналітика

• Розробка стратегії Data Governance, забезпечення якості та цілісності даних клієнтів (Customer Data Platform).
• Підтримка BI-аналітики та персоналізації.
   

Кого розглядаємо:

• CIO / Head of IT / IT Team Lead з успішним досвідом керування ІТ-командою.

• Технічне лідерство медіабаїнг-напрямку (crypto vertical)
• Побудова та розвиток технічної інфраструктури для арбітражу трафіку

IPnet — один із найбільших інтернет-провайдерів Києва, працюємо з 2001 року.
Шукаємо CTO, який очолить технічний напрям: мережу, інфраструктуру та внутрішні програмні продукти.

Це роль про керування, стандарти і передбачуваність, а не про ручну операційку.

Задачі

• Керування технічними командами (NOC, мережі, R&D)
• Розвиток та модернізація ISP-інфраструктури:
  • Metro Ethernet, FTTx, xPON
• Кураторство внутрішніх систем:
  • OSS / BSS / CRM
  • IPTV, Smart TV, Android TV
• Формування технічного roadmap
• Планування ресурсів, контроль виконання, бюджети CapEx / OpEx
• Вибудова керованих підходів до роботи з задачами, інцидентами та знаннями

Очікування

• Досвід на керівних технічних ролях (CTO / Technical Director / Head of Engineering) 3+ роки
• Досвід у телекомі або великій інфраструктурі

Ми шукаємо CTO, який вміє наводити порядок у складних технічних екосистемах і має реальний досвід створення та масштабування продуктів, а не лише підтримки окремих рішень.

У нас уже є близько 10 внутрішніх сервісів, і нам потрібна людина, яка візьме на себе повний контроль і стратегічний розвиток усієї розробки.
 

Що потрібно буде робити:

• Керувати всією технічною частиною продуктів та сервісів;
• Вибудувати структуру розробки, процеси та пріоритети (замість хаосу);
• Керувати командою 10+ розробників, а також project-менеджерами та QA;
• Контролювати розвиток і стабільність внутрішніх продуктів:
  • автозаливи рекламних кабінетів;
  • cloaking-системи;
  • Telegram-боти;
  • рекрутинг / HR застосунок;
