We’re looking for a Founding Head of Cold Calling Operations to build and scale our in-house cold calling engine from the ground up. You’ll own the full operation - from hiring and training callers to dialing strategy, quality control, and lead output. This role exists to create a predictable, scalable source of high-quality motivated seller leads that directly drives marketplace growth and revenue.
