Inbound Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on team member to help scale our inbound marketing efforts. This role offers an opportunity to take a more strategic and analytical approach to marketing - diving into performance analysis, exploring new tools, and planning growth initiatives. At the same time, youโ€™ll be getting things done - executing clear, simple, and effective tasks that move the needle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish case studies across key platforms: Clutch, TechBehemoths, DesignRush, UpCity, GoodFirms, Techreviewer, as well as on the website
  • Launch and manage our presence on new platforms: TrustPilot, Capterra, Crunchbase
  • Maintain and optimize LinkedIn and Google My Business profiles
  • Build a streamlined review generation system ("review farm") for inbound platforms
  • Write content for blog posts and case studies for the website and external platforms
  • Manage PR activities
  • Execute email marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Experience with AI tools
  • English level: B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
  • Experience working in an outsourcing company
  • Proactive mindset and ability to multitask
  • Basic hands-on understanding of inbound lead platforms (Clutch, TechBehemoths, G2, GoodFirms, etc.)
  • Ability to structure and present information clearly and logically

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency
