AI Video Creator (Gen-AI Filmmaking)

Responsibilities
— Create long-form AI videos (3–10+ minutes), not just short clips
— Combine AI-generated visuals with traditional editing, VFX, and storytelling
— Build consistent characters, environments, and narrative across scenes
— Turn scripts or ideas into cohesive cinematic content
— Work with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.
— Ensure visual continuity, pacing, and story flow
— Collaborate on creative direction and experiment with new formats

What we’re looking for
— Experience creating AI videos beyond short-form (important)
— Strong storytelling skills (not just visuals)
— Ability to connect scenes into a continuous narrative (not a “sequence of images”)
— Understanding of VFX, editing, or filmmaking pipelines
— Experience with character consistency and world-building
— Ability to work with sound design / dialogue is a big plus

Strong advantage if you have
— Background in film directing, editing, or VFX
— Experience with long AI films, trailers, or narrative projects
— Skills in building AI pipelines for video production
— Experience with genres like sci-fi, cinematic storytelling, or horror
