Fit4Me is looking for aย Product Analyst to strengthen the product team with high-quality, decision-driven analytics.
You will be responsible for building dashboards, analyzing user behavior and subscription metrics, and turning data into clear, well-grounded recommendations for the Product Manager.

You will work with data end-to-end โ€” from hypothesis formulation and analysis to explaining insights and their product impact. Final decisions are made by the Product Manager, but analytics serves as the foundation behind those decisions.

Your area of Impact:
  • Product dashboard development and ownership: building and maintaining Tableau dashboards that help the team quickly assess the health of key metrics and make informed decisions.
  • User behavior analysis across web-to-app funnels: activation, conversion, retention, and churn.
  • Subscription model analytics: cohort analysis, LTV, ARPU, MRR, identifying growth drivers and uncovering problem areas.
  • Hypothesis and insight generation: translating data into clear, structured hypotheses and actionable insights that directly influence product and growth priorities.
  • A/B testing support: contributing to experiment design, analyzing results, and interpreting the impact on key product metrics.
  • Close partnership with the Product Manager to quickly assess metric performance and support fast, data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration with the Data Engineer: defining data requirements, validating metric accuracy, and aligning on tracking changes.
  • Cross-functional communication with Product and Marketing teams to interpret findings and align on next steps.
What do you need to join us:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics / Data Analytics within product companies.
  • Hands-on experience with product metrics: activation, conversion, retention, churn, LTV, and ARPU.
  • Experience building and maintaining product dashboards actively used by teams for decision-making.
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of analytical database structures (BigQuery or similar).
  • Experience working with Tableau or other BI tools for data visualization and exploration.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing principles: experiment design, statistical significance, and result interpretation.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate+ level.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with Health & Fitness or Wellness products.
  • Understanding of user behavior within subscription-based models (mobile or web-to-app).
  • Experience with mobile product analytics (in-app events, paywalls, onboarding flows).
  • Experience analyzing experiments and growth initiatives within product teams.
  • Basic to confident Python skills for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy).
