This role sits at the intersection of content, social media, GenAI tools, and employer branding.
This role is focused on employer branding and content production in Ukraine, helping us attract talent and showcase our team, culture, and work environment.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with designers, ML engineers, HR and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Employer branding (core focus)

• Creating real, on-the-ground content about the team and office:
  • Photos,
  • short videos,
  • team interviews,
  • day-to-day content
• Supporting hiring campaigns with content (before and during job openings)
• Collaborating with HR to align content with hiring needs

Social media & content

• Managing and supporting social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Creating content in English and Ukrainian
• Writing posts and adapting content for different platforms
• Supporting lead generation initiatives through social media

Content execution

• Working with existing content strategies and guidelines
• Replicating and adapting proven content formats
• Preparing briefs for designers and coordinating visuals
• Supporting content publishing and day-to-day content operations

Tools & workflows

• Using GenAI tools for:
  • content drafting,
  • Ideation,
  • basic automation
• Supporting simple growth and content optimization workflows
• Working with internal tools and processes to streamline content production

Our main requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Social Media / Content Marketing (or strong motivation to grow in this field)
- Understanding of LinkedIn/Instagram content basics
- Confident English (B2+) and Ukrainian
- Based in Cherkasy (or ready to work on-site regularly)

We are looking for an IAM Security Engineer to build and strengthen our identity and access security controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal systems. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing practical Zero Trust principles, ensuring secure authentication, enabling Single Sign-On (SSO), enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and handling other key security tasks. Join our team to help protect sensitive data and improve the overall security posture of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IAM controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal platforms
• Configure and optimize SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
• Design and refine MFA and Conditional Access policies 
• Support secure user lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities
• Participate in access reviews and privilege cleanup activities
• Troubleshoot  authentication and authorization issues
• Analyze authentication events and provide technical expertise for identity-related investigations
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to ensure secure onboarding of applications and access models
• Ensure alignment with audit and compliance requirements related to IAM controls
• Contribute to practical Zero Trust improvements based on company priorities and maturity

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT or Information Security with a dedicated focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, SSO, MFA, access control and user administration
• Practical experience with major Identity Providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar solutions
• Solid grasp of identity standards, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Proven ability to configure SSO integrations, manage MFA policies, and administer user/group/role hierarchies
• Strong understanding of Least Privilege, Conditional Access frameworks, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycles
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication issues and analyze identity-related logs
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python or Bash
• English - Intermediate or higher (for free communication)

Will be a plus

• Practical experience in automating identity workflows, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and role-based access assignments
• Experience in enterprise-scale Fintech, Banking, or Telecom industries

Your working hours will be mixed shifts, from 14:00 to 22:30 Eastern European Time (EET) and from 22:00 to 6:30 Eastern European Time (EET)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving user incidents: analyzing incoming tickets, live chats, and phone calls, conducting investigations, communicating with users, and fully satisfying their requests. This will take up 60% of your work time;
• Collaborating closely with the moderation team, partners, and customers. This will take up 20% of your time;
• Updating knowledge bases and continuously improving user communication processes. This will take up 10% of your time;
• Preparing reports on user requests. This will take up 10% of your time.

Your main tasks will be:

• Resolving customer requests;
• Finding answers to their questions (we will assist you with this!);
• Ensuring high-quality communication between related departments.

We expect you to have:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support in English;
• Basic knowledge of working with helpdesk systems (experience with Zendesk chat and ticketing system, as well as phone support);
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with fluent speaking skills;
• Strong communication skills in English, both via email and phone.

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience with payments, verification, or KYC;
• Knowledge of manuals, rules, and standards for customer communication;
• A deep understanding of customer-friendliness and the ability to apply it effectively;
