DevOps Engineer

  We’re exited to promote the opportunity for a versatile DevOps Engineer to join our team and help shape how infrastructure is built and scaled across multiple teams.

  This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with a variety of systems and environments — bringing clarity and structure where things have grown organically. One of the key goals here is to help unify and standardise the tech stack where it makes sense, while still keeping flexibility for different teams and use cases.

  You’ll be involved in designing, improving, and supporting infrastructure solutions end-to-end, with real ownership and impact on how teams deliver and scale.

  We’re looking for someone with a broad technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the curiosity to work across different tools and setups.
 

Job requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience.
• On-hands experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Ability to work across a broad technology stack and quickly adapt to new tools.
   

Job responsibilities

• Building and maintaining universal infrastructure solutions across different companies.
• Providing DevOps as a Service, supporting multiple production and development environments.
• Unifying CI/CD pipelines (long-term goal: one tool, one process).
• Developing and implementing architectural solutions to ensure scalability and resilience.
• Maintaining and improving our secret management system.
• Continuously improving monitoring systems and ensuring effective alerting.
• Migrating VM-based configurations into version-controlled repositories.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues on Linux servers (some workloads still run on VMs).
• Developing strategies to detect and prevent single points of failure (SPOF).
