Junior Growth and Lead Generation Specialist (SMM)
We are looking for a Junior Growth & Lead Generation Specialist (SMM) to support social media, content execution, and lead generation initiatives for iForAI.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of content, social media, GenAI tools, and growth marketing.
This role is focused on employer branding, lead generation, and content production in Ukraine, helping us attract talent and generate interest from potential partners and clients.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with designers, ML engineers, HR and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Social media & content
- Managing and supporting social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Creating content in English and Ukrainian
- Writing posts and adapting content for different platforms
- Supporting lead generation initiatives through social media
Employer branding (core focus)
- Creating real, on-the-ground content about the team and office:
- Photos,
- short videos,
- team interviews,
- day-to-day content
- Supporting hiring campaigns with content (before and during job openings)
- Collaborating with HR to align content with hiring needs
Content execution
- Working with existing content strategies and guidelines
- Replicating and adapting proven content formats
- Preparing briefs for designers and coordinating visuals
- Supporting content publishing and day-to-day content operations
Tools & workflows
- Using GenAI tools for:
- content drafting,
- Ideation,
- basic automation
- Supporting simple growth and content optimization workflows
- Working with internal tools and processes to streamline content production
How we work with content
At the beginning, you will receive:
- clear briefs, examples, and structure
- support and feedback from the Marketing Manager
Over time, you are expected to:
- independently execute content tasks
- take ownership of content production
- manage day-to-day social media operations
Our main requirements
- Based in Cherkasy (or ready to work on-site regularly)
- Confident English (B2+) and Ukrainian
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media / Content Marketing / Growth Marketing (or strong motivation to grow in this field)
- Basic understanding of lead generation and social media funnels
Understanding of LinkedIn/Instagram content basics
Nice-to-have (If you don't have those skills, we will teach you)
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
- Basic knowledge of Figma and Canva
