We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will help us turn data into clear insights, optimize marketing performance, and support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

• Extract, clean, and maintain marketing and business data
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
• Build clear data visualizations and dashboards

Marketing Performance

• Analyze performance across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
• Evaluate ROI, CAC, LTV and overall marketing efficiency

Reporting & Insights

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support stakeholders with data-driven decisions

Automation & Optimization

• Automate reporting and data workflows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing / Data Analyst
• Strong experience with performance marketing analytics (paid channels, affiliate, ROI)
• Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, APIs)
• Experience working with:
  • ad platforms
  • CRM systems
  • web/app analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • data warehouses (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of:
  • CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI
