Team Lead of Motion Designer

We are building an international iGaming product and have been growing steadily for over three years alongside a strong in-house team. During this time, we have not only strengthened the product but also built flexible processes that support the continued scaling of the business.

We are now entering a new stage of growth: expanding our team, strengthening our product expertise, and scaling our operations. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Team Lead of Motion Design who will take ownership of the motion design function, from creative quality to building and improving processes within the team.

This role is not only about hands-on design. It is about owning the visual direction, production speed, team performance, and the effectiveness of creatives in performance marketing campaigns.

🧩 Your Responsibilities:

• Create video creatives and oversee their quality across UGC, ads, promos, in-app content, animations, and other formats;
• Lead and manage a team of motion designers;
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style;
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer on advertising concepts and creative ideas;
• Optimize the production pipeline, including speed, templates, workflows, and automation;
• Integrate AI tools into the team’s workflow;
• Mentor designers and support their professional growth.

❇️ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design;
• Experience leading a team or mentoring other designers;
• A strong portfolio of advertising and performance creatives;
• Solid understanding of performance marketing;
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender;
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, timing, and visual rhythm;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools;
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a structured approach;
• Understanding that motion design is a growth tool, not just about creating visually appealing content;
• Ability to balance speed and quality;
• Confidence in making decisions without waiting for micromanagement;
• Readiness to build, improve, and scale processes.
