Junior Partnerships / Outreach Manager (Discord, E-commerce)

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Junior Partnerships Manager to help us scale our presence across Discord communities in the e-commerce space.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in business development, partnerships, and growth.

💼 What you’ll do

• Identify and reach out to Discord server owners in e-commerce / dropshipping niches
• Build relationships with community owners and admins
• Negotiate and secure sponsored placements and partnerships
• Manage communication and follow-ups
• Help expand our presence across relevant online communities

✅ What we’re looking for

• Strong written English
• Comfortable with cold outreach (Discord, Telegram, etc.)
• Interest in e-commerce / online business
• Self-driven and persistent
• Ability to learn fast and handle rejections

➕ Nice to have

• Experience with Discord communities
• Previous outreach / sales / support experience
• Understanding of affiliate / partnership models
