Responsibilities

• Create first drafts of supporting materials such as comparison sheets, brochures, employer guides, and other course resources

• Prepare draft recommendation letters and route them for final review and approval
• Help improve consistency and efficiency in how Production workflows are managed

About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap, delivery, and growth of all three internal products. What you will do

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for all three products in alignment with company strategic goals
• Translate the CEO's vision into quarterly OKRs and prioritised delivery cycles
• Create and manage product backlogs  — write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Act as Product Owner in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Gather user feedback, run discovery interviews, track key product metrics (activation, retention, revenue, churn)
• Define and iterate pricing models and subscription logic for each product

About the Role

We're looking for a Middle/Senior Illustrator to define and create the entire visual identity of our mobile app from scratch. Think Duolingo's Duo owl, Lily, and the cast of characters that make learning feel personal and fun — we need someone who can build that kind of illustrated universe for our product.

This is not a "one banner and done" gig. You'll create a full illustration system: characters, mascots, scenes, UI illustrations, onboarding visuals, achievement badges, and animated assets that work together as a cohesive visual language across the entire app.

This is a project-based engagement with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.

• Develop the product's visual identity — style, color palette, character design language, and illustration guidelines
