UAC Lead (Google Ads)
Hi! An iGaming product team is looking for a strong UAC Lead to take charge of developing the Google UAC channel with a focus on the Turkish market
What youβll be doing:
β Launching, optimizing, and scaling UAC campaigns for an iGaming product
β Managing a team of media buyers: setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and fostering development
β Working with large budgets and ensuring steady growth
β Analyzing campaign performance, formulating hypotheses, and testing creatives and strategies
β Close collaboration with the product and analytics teams
What weβre looking for:
β At least 3 years of hands-on experience in iGaming
β At least 1 year of team management experience in iGaming
β Personal monthly budget starting at $80,000
β Team monthly spend starting at $300,000
β Deep understanding of UAC (Google Ads): optimization, analytics, funnel
β Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without micromanagement
It would be great if you also have:
β Experience working at a product company
β Experience working with the Turkish market
