Product Manager
$$
About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap, delivery, and growth of all three internal products. This is a founding PM role โ you will be working directly with the CEO and CTO to translate vision into structured backlogs, running sprints, and driving each product from MVP toward commercial traction. There is no dedicated sales or QA hire yet, so until those roles are filled, you cover that ground too. This is stated clearly โ it is a real part of the job at this stage.
Products You Will Own
- FinDrive (findrive.io) โ a financial management tool for SMBs, at MVP stage, targeting growing companies that need structured financial visibility
- VocaBot (vocabot.io) โ a vocabulary learning platform built around Telegram Bot interaction with custom dictionaries, training reminders, and subscription management. Competing in the EdTech / language learning space
- Redmine tools โ a suite of plugins built on top of the Redmine project management platform, including a salary calculation plugin. Targeting development teams and agencies already using Redmine
What you will do
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for all three products in alignment with company strategic goals
- Translate the CEO's vision into quarterly OKRs and prioritised delivery cycles
- Create and manage product backlogs โ write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Act as Product Owner in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Gather user feedback, run discovery interviews, track key product metrics (activation, retention, revenue, churn)
- Define and iterate pricing models and subscription logic for each product
- Work with marketing on positioning, landing pages, and go-to-market
- Manually test new features before release and log bugs until a dedicated QA Engineer is hired
- Conduct outreach and qualification conversations with potential users until a Sales Manager is hired
- Track MRR, user signals, and support load โ and define the right moment to bring in dedicated sales and QA hires
- Provide structured product updates to the CEO and CTO
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or digital product environment
- Proven ability to take a product from MVP toward market traction
- Strong backlog management skills โ you can write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release pathways
- Agile/Scrum methodology in practice, not just theory
- Technical literacy โ you don't need to code, but you understand how web and mobile systems work
- Data-driven mindset โ you use metrics to make decisions
- Comfortable with ambiguity โ these are early-stage products; you will define the process, not inherit it
- Comfortable conducting discovery interviews and qualifying product-market fit conversations
- Willing to manually test product features before release (basic QA coverage until a dedicated engineer is hired)
- English at a working professional level (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience with EdTech, FinTech, or developer tooling products
- Experience launching a product from 0 to first paying customers
