    Key Responsibilities

     

    Operational Leadership

    • Oversee all operational activities of the Cyprus office.
    • Manage the logistics of office setup.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies and key initiatives.

       

    HR and Team Management

    • Lead a growing team of talented professionals, providing support and guidance through regular 1-on-1 meetings and feedback.
    • Address employee needs, foster team collaboration, and help nurture a positive, high-performance culture.
    • Work closely with leadership to ensure the team’s professional development and alignment with business goals.

       

    Sales and Business Development

    • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and establish local and international partnerships to drive the business growth of the Cyprus site.
    • Take the lead in sales efforts to ensure that the Cyprus site becomes self-sufficient and contributes to Webiya's global success.
    • Work with leadership to execute strategic plans for market expansion and revenue generation.

       

    Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

    • Manage talent sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the Cyprus team is equipped with the right people to meet our clients' needs.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier professionals who align with both Webiya’s culture and the high technical demands.
