• Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and development of global job grading and salary structures

HR Generalist — це ключова позиція, відповідальна за повний життєвий цикл співробітника. 3. Ініціювати та впроваджувати потрібні бізнесу HR-процеси: performance management, goal setting, talent review, compensation frameworks та інші
4. Вести повний життєвий цикл співробітника: від онбордингу до розвитку, утримання та офбордингу.
5. Глибоко зануритися в бізнес-контекст, організаційну структуру, ролі, команди та продукти
6. Працювати із залученістю, мотивацією та утриманням співробітників. Проводити регулярні 1-1 зі співробітниками та менеджерами, виявляти ризики й можливості для розвитку
7. Моніторити стан команд, якість взаємодії, управлінську зрілість і давати CEO рекомендації щодо покращення організаційної ефективності
