Role Overview

Our core product is the website. This role is central to how we present, convert, and grow our digital products. We're looking for a self-sufficient designer who lives and breathes web — someone who can own the design process end-to-end, move fast, and leverage AI tools as a core part of their workflow.

You will report directly to the Creative PM and work with high autonomy after receiving a creative concept, visual references, and brand identity brief.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Design & produce digital product websites as the primary deliverable, including home pages, article pages, subscribe and opt-in pages, and other product-dependent pages as required by the specific project.
• Build and format digital product websites using visual drag-and-drop builders (Webflow, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, Framer, etc.).
• Create sections, components, pages, and other visual assets using AI tools such as Claude, Claude + Figma, AI image tools, and AI coding tools.
• Produce high-quality banners, headers, and other graphics for web and email campaigns.
• Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Maintain brand consistency within each project.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Operate independently and make design decisions autonomously after concept hand-off — bringing your own ideas to life based on the brief and the provided direction (base colors, theme, and overall style).

✅ Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in web design (not just static graphics or branding)
• Proven track record in creating landing pages, funnels, and conversion-oriented websites
• Strong portfolio with websites and landing pages (product company work preferred — mobile apps, SaaS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience with at least one no-code/low-code page builder: Webflow, Framer, Unbounce, Elementor, or similar
• AI-native workflow — active, confident use of Claude and image generation tools 
• Solid understanding of layout, spacing, UX hierarchy, and conversion design
• Basic HTML/CSS — enough to self-serve minor display fixes (scroll issues, font styles, etc.) 
• Fast, organized, detail-oriented — able to handle multiple projects in parallel
• English C1+ and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickFunnels, LeadPages, or similar funnel builders
• Experience designing email templates

General Description

About the role

We are looking for a Presentation Designer with strong visual storytelling and structured thinking.

You will turn complex product functionality, workflows, data, and technical concepts into clear and compelling visual stories for agronomists, farm managers, customers, partners, Sales, and internal teams.

This is not a role where you simply make finished slides look better. You will need to understand a feature, ask the right questions, identify what matters to the audience, define the narrative, and then design the clearest way to explain it.

Approximately 80% of your work will be presentations and slide-based product communication. The remaining 20% will include email and social media visuals, one-pagers, and occasional event or print materials.

What you will do

Product presentations and visual storytelling — approximately 80%

• Create product presentations, feature explainers, sales and demo decks, customer-facing materials, and presentations for internal or industry events.
• Turn complex FMS workflows and technical concepts into simple narratives, diagrams, annotated product screens, infographics, and clear step-by-step explanations.
• Work from different types of source material: a content writer’s draft, product documentation, interface screens, data, rough stakeholder notes, or conversations with product experts.
• Interview Product Managers, Product Designers, agronomy experts, Sales, Support, and other stakeholders to understand how a feature works, why it matters, and which customer problem it solves.
• Define the information hierarchy and story flow before moving into visual design.
• Adapt the same product story for different audiences, contexts, and levels of technical knowledge.

• Build and improve reusable slide templates, diagram patterns, and visual systems that help the team communicate consistently and efficiently.

   

Other visual communication — approximately 20%

• Create supporting assets for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, one-pagers, and product announcements.
• Occasionally prepare event materials such as brochures, booth graphics, printed boards, and other campaign collateral.

• Use AI tools for image generation and design exploration when they improve the result. AI is welcome as a production tool; the narrative, judgment, and clarity must come from you.

   

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, information design, and graphic design.
• A portfolio that includes presentations or visual explanations of complex products, services, processes, or data-heavy subjects.
• Strong visual storytelling skills: you can turn raw and incomplete information into a logical, audience-focused narrative.
• Strong information design skills, including hierarchy, typography, editorial layout, diagrams, flows, data visualization, and the thoughtful use of product screens.
• Curiosity and the ability to ask precise questions until you understand how something works and why it is valuable.
• Ability to work independently with incomplete inputs and propose a communication approach rather than wait for a fully prepared slide-by-slide brief.
• Advanced working knowledge of Figma and at least one presentation tool such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.

We're looking for a UX/UI designer to support Metamindz's internal and client development projects - from early wireframes through to polished, developer-ready UI. This is a part-time, ongoing role working closely with our engineering and CTO-led delivery teams, not a one-off brand/marketing gig.

Who we're looking for:

• Strong UX instincts first - can turn a rough brief into a clear, usable flow before making it look good

Brand & identity — Visual language from scratch: logo system, color, typography, grid, iconography, illustration. Living brand guidelines used by both the team and AI agents. One brand across all touchpoints.

Motion — Motion as brand language: animated logo, landing page animations, payment explainer videos, promo content. Micro-animations in the product. You set the movement principles — timings, curves, hierarchy.

Landing page & web — Main website from structure to live: visuals, responsive, states. You ship it with the frontend team (Next.js + Tailwind) and verify in the browser, not just hand off a mockup.

Product — Audit and rework of dashboards, transaction tables, settlement, chargebacks, onboarding, case management. You own visuals, UX, and the design system: Figma library, tokens, components, code sync.

Marketing — Investor and sales decks, one-pagers, infographics, LinkedIn templates, conference materials.

AI & automation — AI at every stage: concepts, variations, image/video generation, prototyping. Automate routine, keep guidelines in a format AI agents can actually use.

About ĀDEN

ĀDEN is a precision health and longevity platform. We help people understand their biology through biomarker testing, personalized protocols, and an intuitive "Health Story" that translates complex clinical data into something people can actually act on.

We've just completed our full brand identity with a specialist branding studio — logo, color system, typography, iconography, and animation are done. Now we need a Framer expert to bring that identity to life on our marketing website.
 

The Project

This is not a from-scratch design job — the creative direction is fully resolved. We're looking for someone who can take a complete brand system and translate it into a polished, high-craft Framer site that feels as considered as the brand itself.

You'll be working from:

• A full brand guideline (color palette, typography system: TT Interphases Pre Tri for headings, Inter for body, Codec Pro for labels/index)
• Logo + logo animation (light and dark versions)
• A defined icon set (biomarker categories, thin-line style)
• Color and imagery direction (near-black foundation, teal/lavender accents, biological macro imagery)

Your job is design execution and Framer build — page layouts, responsive behavior, micro-interactions, and motion that match the quality bar of the brand, not defining what the brand looks like.
 

Scope

• Design and build the core marketing site in Framer (homepage, product/how-it-works, science/credibility, pricing or waitlist, about, contact — exact page list to be finalized together)
• Translate the existing brand system into a cohesive, on-brand web experience
• Thoughtful use of motion and micro-interactions (nothing gratuitous — precise, premium, restrained)
• Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Clean CMS setup in Framer for content we'll want to update ourselves (e.g. blog/press, testimonials)
• Performance and accessibility best practices

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio of premium, design-led Framer sites — we care much more about taste and craft than speed or volume
