    We are looking for Email Deliverability CRM Operations Specialist which key responsibilities include advanced diagnostics and strategic analysis of the email environment (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configuration, blacklist monitoring), proactive reputation management, close collaboration with marketing teams, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting.

     

          Responsibilities:

    • Deliverability & Technical Operations
    • Monitor and improve email deliverability metrics across transactional and marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct technical audits (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, IP reputation, blacklist checks) and implement corrective actions.
    • Manage SMTP setups (Mailgun, SendGrid, etc.) and ensure their optimal performance.
    • Oversee domain and IP reputation management, IP warming, and DNS configuration.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other global email marketing regulations.
    • Manage and optimize CRM processes within Smartico.
    • Build and optimize segmentation strategies to increase engagement and sender reputation.
    • Identify key metrics, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
    • Prepare regular performance and compliance reports using analytics tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).

       

      Key Skills and Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in email deliverability, CRM operations, or ESP management.
    • Experience with Smartico CRM or similar platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with Mailgun, SendGrid, or custom SMTP setups.
    • Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, DNS configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with deliverability tools (Folderly, Warmy, GlockApps, mail-tester, etc.).
    • Knowledge of segmentation, engagement metrics, and audience lifecycle management.
    • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    A taste of what you’ll do 
    The Application Support Engineer forms part of a specialist team providing technical support on the company production platforms, as well as continuously improving monitoring and process automation to meet and beat Service Level Agreements and oversee the CI/CD release process.  
     

     

    • Offer 2nd line technical support to the system applications, prioritizing and categorizing requests, troubleshooting, and solving issues in some cases creating scripts and SQL queries, escalating software and infrastructure problems, and overseeing cases are solved promptly within SLAs. 
    • Manage incidents and problems, driving improvements to avoid them, working on the quick restoration of service, work with other teams on fixing root causes, and provide the necessary Incident coordination and reporting. 
    • Develop and maintain application and business logic monitoring, taking a reactive approach to avoid issues and incidents, and meet system uptime and performance SLAs. 
    • Responsible for the Continuous integration/Continuous Delivery Release Management, as part of the software development lifecycle, assuring smooth rollouts of features, improvements, and fixes.  
    • Produce reports on SLAs, KPIs and Incident Management. 
    • Form part of a specialist’s tech support team, available 24/7 on-call rotation schedule 
    • Any other task/responsibility which may be related or connected to the role of Application Support Engineer. 

     

     

     

    Who and what we are after? 
     

    • University Diploma or Degree in a related ICT area of specialization, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role 
    • Good knowledge and experience in application management, 2nd line support and incident management, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
    • Fluent with Database Queries 
    • Knowledge of Release Management in a CI/CD and agile environment using tools such as GitHub 
    • Understanding of IT environments, including Virtualization, Application Servers, APIs, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana in a Linux working environment 
    • Scripting or programming experience, in languages like PHP, Bash and JavaScript will be considered a plus. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    We’re currently looking for a Head of SEO who’s ready to take ownership of the SEO function β€” from audits and strategy to implementation and team management

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Conducting SEO audits of company websites;
    • Build and execute a measurable SEO strategy with clear priorities, resources, and KPIs;
    • Preparing and managing the implementation of technical SEO tasks in collaboration with the Dev team;
    • Preparing SEO content briefs for landing pages and blogs;
    • Competitor research and identifying growth opportunities;
    • Monitoring keyword rankings, visibility, and organic traffic;
    • Managing and expanding a team of SEO specialists (currently 3 Junior and 1 Middle SEOs): setting tasks, monitoring implementation, development, and mentoring;
    • Proactively generating new ideas and hypotheses β€” we love initiative!
       

    What we’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably product companies);
    • Experience in multilingual projects;
    • Strong background in optimizing service pages and working with SEO content;
    • Confident use of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4;
    • Experience with technical SEO audits and implementation of improvements;
    • Proven work with English-language websites (Tier-1 GEOs);
    • Experience in building internal processes and working with KPIs;
    • Experience working with copywriters and developers (task setting and QA);
    • Understanding of basics of AI website optimization;
    • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
       

    Would be a plus:

    • Experience in proxy/VPN/Web Scraping/Developer Tools niches;
    • Ability to write technical documentation;
    • English at B2+ level.
