We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and grow alongside our business.

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

Recruiting will be your primary responsibility, but you’ll also communicate directly with clients, help improve our AI hiring platform, contribute ideas, and gradually become involved in different parts of the business as you gain experience.

Your responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (~70%)

* Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs.

* Gather detailed information about open positions.

* Write compelling, high-quality job descriptions.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in IT

Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience working with outsourcing and/or outstaffing projects

Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communication

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)

ClickUp Administrator & IT Support Specialist

Full-Time | Remote | Contractor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time (1-hour break)

About Us

We are a U.S.-based trucking and logistics company with a remote team. ClickUp is our central operating system for every department. We need someone who knows ClickUp deeply and can also provide general IT support across our SaaS stack.

What You'll Do

ClickUp Administration & Development (Primary Focus)

• Own and maintain the entire ClickUp workspace: Spaces, Folders, Lists, Views, Dashboards, Custom Fields, permissions, and templates.
• Build and optimize native ClickUp Automations for business workflows.
• Build, configure, and improve ClickUp AI Skills and AI Agents.
• Create and manage task templates, recurring tasks, and standardized workflows.
• Configure and maintain advanced Views, Dashboards, and reporting.
• Manage workspace permissions, roles, and guest access.
• Implement new ClickUp features as they are released.
• Support all team members on ClickUp usage, configuration, and best practices.
• Ensure the workspace stays clean, consistent, and efficient.

IT Technical Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical issues.
• Troubleshoot login, access, email, phone, browser, file-sharing, and application problems.
• Contact vendor support when needed; manage tickets through to resolution.
• Support the team across Google Workspace, RingCentral, and other business platforms.

SaaS Account Administration

• Create, update, and remove user accounts across company systems.
• Manage permissions, roles, groups, and multi-factor authentication.
• Complete technical onboarding and offboarding for team members.

Automation Project Coordination

• Hire and manage freelance developers (primarily via Upwork) for short-term automation and integration projects.
• Write clear project briefs with scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and QA deliverables before deployment.
• Track project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure completed work functions correctly in production.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ClickUp administration experience, active within the last 6 months. This is non-negotiable.
• Deep knowledge of ClickUp Business plan features: Automations, AI Skills, AI Agents, Custom Fields, Views, Dashboards, Templates, Permissions, Goals, Portfolios, Workload, and Time Tracking.
• Ability to build ClickUp Automations from scratch for real business processes.
• Ability to build and configure ClickUp AI Skills and AI Agents.
• Experience designing and maintaining workspace architecture (Spaces, Folders, Lists, workflows).
• Google Workspace administration experience.
• Internal IT support or help-desk experience.
• Ability to manage freelancers or external contractors on technical projects.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompt writing.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Available during required working hours (U.S. Central Time).

Nice to Have

• RingCentral or similar VoIP/phone system experience.
• Experience with transportation or logistics software.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms, password managers, or remote-support tools.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Linux, Docker, or SSH.
• Experience hiring on Upwork or similar freelancer platforms.
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills.

This Role Does Not Include

• Software development, coding, or API engineering.
• Advanced DevOps or infrastructure management.
• HR, training, or documentation ownership.
• Departmental operations or management decisions.
