We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our team and coordinate projects from initiation to successful delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating project activities, managing timelines and dependencies, tracking risks and blockers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and according to requirements.
You will work closely with Development, Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows, facilitate communication between stakeholders, maintain project documentation, and ensure smooth project execution across global markets.

Responsibilities:
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Operations.
- Experience working with multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of project planning, dependencies, risks, and deadlines.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Proactive approach and ownership of results.
- English sufficient for working with documentation.
- Coordinate GEO setup from initiation to launch readiness.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and Jira boards.
- Coordinate work across teams.
- Track deadlines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Identify risks and blockers and escalate them in a timely manner.
- Organize meetings and follow up on action items and agreements.
- Monitor launch readiness and ensure all required checklists are completed.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Gradually take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of brand launches.
- Experience working in high risk field.
- Experience launching products.
- Understanding of Game Providers and game integrations.
- Technical background or experience working with IT products.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible schedule and remote format or office in Kyiv / Warsaw — you choose.
