Sales Specialist

Collaborator is a PR distribution marketplace created to help SEO specialists and marketers distribute content on websites and social media.

We are looking for a remote, full-time Sales Specialist to join our team, manage the sales process, run product demos, close deals, and onboard new clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, conduct product demos, understand client needs, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals;
• Onboard new clients: guide them from signup to a confident and effective start on the platform, providing initial product and strategic support;
• Help clients build and refine their SEO/link-building strategy using Collaborator.pro, aligned with their business goals;
• Attend industry conferences and events worldwide as a company representative and contribute to networking and lead generation;
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the product and internal teams to improve the user experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in sales, including managing the sales process and closing deals;
• Previous experience in SEO and link building (guest posts, backlinks, PR placements, outreach, etc.);
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), with confidence presenting to clients;
• Strategic mindset and the ability to recommend optimal approaches for using the platform;
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for conferences and events is required;
• Ability to occasionally work in US time zones is a strong advantage.
